A Quantitative and Qualitative Analysis on the Continuity of the Reading Sections in Elementary and Middle School English Textbooks

The purpose of this study was to analyze the continuity reading sections from 5th grade 2nd year in middle school English textbooks and find improvement measures for future development textbooks. A total 20 (five types each grade) were analyzed quantitatively qualitatively research. For quantitative analysis, Text Inspector used calculate indicators related sentences, vocabulary, syllables, readability.
